NEW TO THE MYCLUBHUB PARENT PORTAL?
CLICK HERE to create your account.
- Select "Create Account"
- Enter the parent/guardian information first (not your child's). Example: Parent/Guardian first and last name and email you will be using to login to your parent portal account.
- Click "Submit".
- An email will be sent to the email address entered. Follow the link in the email to set up your account password. (Be sure to check your junk mail)
- (If you did not receive an email, please contact the Club at 812-279-6123 or email info@bgcblc.org)
- Return to the Parent Portal and login using your email and the new password you created.
CREATING A HOUSEHOLD:
● Enter the parent/guardian information first (not your child's). Example: Parent/Guardian first and last name and information.
● NEXT: Select “Add New Contact”. Here, you will add your child's name and information. If you're needing to add an additional child, select “Add Contact” and enter the other child's name and information.

HOW DOES MY CHILD BECOME A MEMBER AT THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF LAWRENCE COUNTY?
- Login to your MyClubHub Parent Portal.
MAKE SURE THEY ARE A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, IF NOT - CREATE A NEW HOUSEHOLD MEMBER: "New Contact"
● Select “Add New Contact”. Here, you will add your child's name and information. If you're needing to add an additional child, select “Add Contact” and enter the other child's name and information.
- On your home screen, scroll down to "Online Registration".
- Next, select "Browse Memberships". Here, you will be able to select the annual membership, the location in which your child will attend and pay all online.
Please note: All memberships run on an annual basis - August 1st through July 31st of the following calendar year. Any purchase of a current 2023-2024 annual membership will be active through July 31st, 2024.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD FOR SPORTS?
- Your child must have an active membership to register for any sports programs.
- If your child has an active membership, on your home screen, scroll down to "Online Registration".
- Next, select "Browse Program Registrations". Here, you will select "Sports" and select which sport you are registering your child for.
- Once you have selected the sport, you can then enter the sporting information and pay online as well.
