Who can attend?
Summer programs are based on the grade your child is currently completing (2025-26 school year). All attendees must have at minimum completed one year of kindergarten.
What can my child bring with them?
You are welcome to send food with your child if they have preferences, allergies, or want extra snacks. If your child chooses to bring other items, such as toys or stuffed animals, they must keep track of them and the Club is not liable for any lost or broken items. For our programs serving K-6th grades, phones must be kept in their bags or at the front desk.
How do field trips work?
Throughout the summer, our programs offer a variety of field trips, such as visits to the city pool, local parks, movies, and more. We make every effort to rotate opportunities so all participants have a chance to attend. Field trip spots are not guaranteed. If a participant is absent when their turn comes up or has demonstrated ongoing behavior concerns, they may not be eligible for that trip. Participants must also come prepared with any required items, such as a swimsuit or spending money, depending on the activity.
How does registration work?
Register to attend on our Parent Portal. If you plan to pay by day, you do not need to register and can pay at drop-off. Only register for the weeks you plan to attend, we do not issue any refunds. A current Club Membership ($30) is required to register.
Is there an attendance policy?
  • Summer Camp & Teen Summer Experience: There is no attendance policy. Members can attend every day, a couple days per week, every other week, or any other schedule that meets your family's needs. Members can also attend for any part of the day and are not required to be at Summer Camp each day from open to close.
  • Bedford & Mitchell Summer Learning Labs: Attendance is critical to the students' success throughout the program. A minimum of 80% attendance is required. The Summer Learning Labs is provided through MindTrust, which allows us to offer this program for a lower cost. However, in order to receive the funding to continue to offer this program in the future, meeting their required attendance policy is incredibly important. The attendance requirement is only for the morning portion, attendees are welcome to leave any time after 12:00PM.
