Introducing MyClubHub Parent Portal

The Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence County has a new membership database called MyClubHub.

Create and manage member and family information through our new Parent Portal.
Signing up for annual memberships, after school program, and sports programs will all be done in the same system, without having to input family information multiple times.
Updating your child's information like emergency contacts, medical needs, and school information each year will be easy and can be done from any phone or computer.
You'll be able to see or update your child's current information at any time.

If your child has a current or past membership:
To create your account in our Parent Portal you Must enter the exact previous Head of Househould Name and Email used. (SEE EXAMPLE BELOW)
Example:

Your Current Account Information ( You will use to Create Account)

First Name: John
Last Name: Doe
Email: doe@gmail.com

We have sent out mass emails with your current information we have on file, please check you email and Junk mail for an introduction email for our Parent Portal.

IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL AND YOUR CHILD HAS A PRESENT OR HAD A PAST MEMBERSHIP AND YOU DO NOT REMEMBER THIS INFORMATION PLEASE CALL THE CLUB 812.279-6123

Set up your Parent Portal Account

Visit our Parent Portal
Select "Create Account"
Enter your parent/guardian information first (not your child's). Use the exact same name and email that is listed above.
Click "Submit"
An email will be sent to the email address entered. Follow the link in that email to set up your account password.
Return to the Parent Portal and login using your email and your new password.

Membership/Program Enrollment

If your child has an active membership, you can sign them up for summer by clicking on "Browse Program Registrations".
If your child's membership has lapsed or you want to register an additional child, you can sign them up for a free 2022-23 membership by clicking on "Browse Memberships".
Please note: free memberships will expire on July 31, 2023, at which time you can purchase an annual 2023-24 membership for $30 which will be good through July 31, 2024.
